Amnesia / Fugue Log
- 12/9/2016
- woke up in JHC hospital and couldn't remember why I am there.
- imagined to myself that it is year 2012 when I was actually admitted there for gull bladder pain.
- the past 4 years memory were all missing, could't remember my new friends, didn't recognize my new work place or colleagues, didn't remember about Reza's divorce and our partnership. didn't even remember my own home.
- Dr in hospital thought I am faking it all, he discharged me without offering any help.
- Reza brought me home around 10 PM (didn't recognize my own home or flatmates either), and he got a flight to Iran 7 am the next morning.
- had another full seizure in the plain and after sleeping and waking up in Iran, the memory was back to normal however I didn't remember the past 24 hours from 12th to 14th.
- Some of those gaps came back when similar scene or conversation happened or someone mentioned something funny that happened the the gap state.
- The night before I had a faint and hit my head to the floor in hospital, Reza thinks the memory loss this time was the result of a mild concussion and not amnesia.
